The step-by-step process of visualization:

  • Step 0 – Figure out what you want to attract into your life or what kind of person you truly want to become
  • Step 1 – Specify your goal and feel the emotions it brings about
  • Step 2 – Sit down and visualize you reaching that goal, be detailed about your feelings in your visualized reality
  • Step 3 – Try to feel joy and gratitude towards your goal
  • Step 4 – Release it and don’t think about how it’s going to happen.

If you feel different after you’ve done the visualization, the visualization was successful.
Go on and carry the feelings you generated from the visualization throughout your day.
